DO NOT brush or scrub the rug.
Only vacuum clean it periodically. Avoid using vacuum beater brush mode
If spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain.
Rotate occasionally to equalize wear.
Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and piling.
If thread comes out do not pull the yarn, trim with scissor.

We always quote on an individual basis at the time of placing an order and keep you updated on its progress throughout.

RETURNS

We totally understand that sometimes your rug and your space just don't vibe like you thought they would. No hard feelings! If you need to send our stock rug back to us, we're cool with that.
