Delivery & Returns

Lead Time & Processing
All our rugs are handcrafted to order, and the typical production and dispatch timeline is 6–8 weeks.
If you have a specific deadline, we do offer a fast-track service with priority production and international shipping. Please contact us to learn more about this option and any associated costs.

Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be communicated to you once your order is confirmed.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched from our studio.

Returns
We accept returns of standard-sized and standard-color rugs purchased online, provided they are returned within 7 days of delivery and in original condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Note:
Custom rugs- those made with personalized sizes, colors, or patterns are not eligible for return.
