The Process
DESIGNING
Every bespoke journey begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your vision, explore inspirations, and develop a design direction that reflects your space and style. Every piece is created exclusively for you, ensuring a rug that is truly one of a kind.
SELECTING
Every detail is carefully considered, from colour and texture to material and finish. We can expertly match your rug to paint colours, fabrics, furnishings, or existing interiors, ensuring a seamless fit within your space. Once the design is finalised, we create a strike-off for approval before putting your final piece into production.
HANDCRAFTING
Once your design is approved, production begins. Each rug is meticulously handcrafted using carefully selected materials and colours, bringing your vision to life with exceptional precision and care. As every piece is made by hand, subtle variations may occur, making each rug beautifully unique.
RUNNER FITTING
We’re happy to refer you to one of our experienced and trusted fitters to install your runner. We also work closely with our fitting partners to template winders and assist with more intricate and bespoke projects, ensuring a seamless finish from start to finish.
