Care Instruction

DO NOT brush or scrub the rug. Only vacuum clean it periodically. Avoid using vacuum beater brush mode If spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain. Rotate occasionally to equalize wear. Use protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening and piling. If thread comes out do not pull the yarn, trim with scissor. Periodic professional cleaning recommended

All in stock rugs are shipped within 3 days of receiving the order. For bespoke / custom rugs, depending on the size and weaving technique, the production time for is between 3 and 8 weeks.

Worldwide shipping is available on all orders and we charge a standard shipping cost as below: For UK orders: £25 for orders below £250; Free shipping for orders of £250 and above

For rest of the world: $30 for orders below $300 Free shipping for orders above $300 and above

We totally understand that sometimes your rug and your space just don't vibe like you thought they would. No hard feelings! If you need to send our stock rug back to us, we're cool with that. Just make sure it's in its original condition and you hit us up within 14 days of your purchase. Oh, and the return shipping's on you, pal. Let's keep this rug-venture stress-free, alright? Please note: Returns are not possible on any Custom or Bespoke items you have ordered as these are specially commissioned items tailor-made to your specifications.
